UC did a security camera upgrade at our building in downtown Los Angeles. We needed to upgrade our security cameras from analog to high definition and heard from a friend that UC was very organized and did clean work. I was impressed by the knowledge and workmanship that the team displayed installing 130 HD IP Security cameras throughout the building. United Cabling rate a 5 Star. UC handled the move into a new warehouse and office space with no infrastructure in place. No phone or data run anywhere. While we didn’t have needs for a massive IT system, there was nothing in place at all to get installed on a very short time schedule, less than a month, and when bids were decided a little more than a week to get it all done. UC set a schedule that would work for both of us, and they nailed it on time with no issues. Professional, clean work with fair priced material and they were flexible to changes made last minute. We look forward to bringing them in when we expand to a new phone system.
We recently moved to a new location within the same building in Los Angeles. UC pulled some new wires in preparation for our move. On our move in day, they came back and connected the new line into our MPLS circuit. Everything came back online and we were up and running by the next day. They stuck by us and supported us every step of the way. We will definitely use their service in the near future.
